| Message length | One SMS is 160 characters. Longer messages split into multiple SMS, each charged. |
| Access | A number or sender ID must be granted in the Customer Portal by an admin before it appears here. |
| Filtering | With access to multiple numbers, use the tabs to filter by number or sender ID, or view All Service Numbers. |
Drafts are saved per conversation, and incoming messages arrive in real time — even when the app is in the background.
