| Message length | One plain-text SMS is 160 characters; a message with special characters — including @, emoji or accented letters — is limited to 70. Longer messages split into multiple SMS, each charged. See SMS for the full rules. |
| Access | A number or sender ID must be granted in the Customer Portal by an admin before it appears here. |
| Filtering | With access to multiple numbers, use the tabs to filter by number or sender ID, or view All Service Numbers. |
Drafts are saved per conversation, and incoming messages arrive in real time — even when the app is in the background.
