Create a developer credential in the Uniden Voice portal so your application can authenticate against the Voice Over Cloud API.

_ and - only, and it must be unique.

Create a separate credential for each application that connects. You can then revoke one without breaking the others.
Treat the password like any other secret: store it in your application's secure config, never in source code.
Password leaked? Click Revoke, then create a new credential. Revoke cuts off access immediately. Regenerate only blocks new sign-ins, so a token issued with the old password keeps working until it expires (up to 60 minutes).
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Eye / copy icons | Show or copy the current password. Available at any time, not only when the credential is created. |
| Regenerate | Issues a new password. The old password can't sign in again, but tokens already issued keep working until they expire. |
| Update | Renames the credential. |
| Revoke | Deletes the credential and its tokens. Any application using it loses access immediately. |
