This page covers everyday call handling on VocPhone Uniden handsets: making and answering calls, hold, conference, transfer, forwarding, mute, and the call list.

With more than one active call, select the call with the navigator keys, then use the soft key to hold or resume it.

Use an attended transfer when you want to speak to the recipient first; use a blind transfer to send the call straight through.

Go to Menu > Features > Call Forward, then select the line and the forward type, enter the destination number and status, and press OK.
Press the Mute (microphone) key to mute your microphone. Press it again to un-mute.
Press the Up arrow, or go to Menu > Call Log > Local Call Logs.
